Calvac Paving is proud to share our latest safety commendations.

We recently underwent a rigorous inspection by Cal-OSHA of our offices, our policies and our recordkeeping practices. This inspection was incident free. Our evaluation was free from any violations and we didn’t even have a single correction. Due to the fantastic work by our office staff, shop personnel and crews Cal-OSHA, awarded Calvac a Golden Gate Letter of Commendation. This is a great accomplishment after years of commitment to improving our company culture toward safety and quality.

In addition, we also underwent a voluntary systematic inspection by our insurance carrier. This thorough inspection was a reinforcement of our commitment to safety through all of our safety paperwork, procedures, documentation, systems and record keeping. The inspector toured our offices, shop, job site, and yard to evaluate our safe practices, housekeeping and equipment/tools. Once again, the inspector’s report found Calvac Paving to be free from any corrections or deficiencies.

Calvac will take 5% off of one of your contracts this year if you mention our OSHA Commendation at the time of invoicing. We feel you should be rewarded for looking into our safety program and being a stakeholder.
